Being an Ambassador at Disneyland Paris is a very important role that allows Jose Alfaro Navarro and Dylan Legras, Disneyland Paris Ambassadors 2024-2025, to represent the thousands of Cast Members working at the resort. They are passionate about their role, taking part in a range of internal and external events, sharing inspiring Disney Cast Life stories and acting as official spokespeople for the company. After being elected in September 2023, they are proudly representing Disneyland Paris for a two-year term ending at the end of 2025.
The programme’s history and scope illustrate Walt Disney’s desire to share the magic of Disney with the rest of the world. When our resort opened in 1992, Sabine Marcon was appointed as the first Disneyland Paris Ambassador. Since then, two Disney Ambassadors are selected, usually for a period of two years, to represent the talent and diversity of the resort’s Cast Members at public, internal, media, and charity events.
Step into the world of the Disneyland Paris Ambassadors and experience a day in their lives, from the inside out.
8am – Backstage at Disneyland Park
The morning sun is shining brightly over Disneyland Park and Dylan and Jose have arranged to meet us at the Horticulture Building to start the day. The Ambassadors will spend the morning with the arborists, working alongside the teams – called a Showtime! This is an opportunity for Ambassadors to immerse themselves in the work of the Disneyland Paris teams and find out about the Cast Members’ day-to-day jobs and responsibilities.
After meeting the Cast Members and being briefed on their tasks, the Ambassadors are shown the equipment and tools they will need for the morning. Once the equipment has been loaded into the trucks, it’s off to Disney Sequoia Lodge Hotel to learn the ropes.
An area is cordoned off at the foot of the trees to define the Cast Members’ work area, while ensuring their safety and that of the guests.
The teams explain the mission in detail and equip the Ambassadors with harnesses so that they can climb the trees in complete safety. Then it’s off to work!
Back on the ground, Jose and Dylan chat with the arborists, who share their passion for and expertise in their profession, such as the location of a hawthorn (Crataegus Monogyna) that’s over one hundred years old and was already there before Disneyland Paris opened.
Do you think you can find it? Clue – you need to look in Frontierland.
The arborists start their day at 4.30am, maintaining the areas in the Parks before they open. Then, at around 8am, the work moves on to the Disney hotels, just like it did this morning with the Ambassadors.

1pm – Time for a chat
After a well-deserved lunch break, Jose and Dylan reflect on their role – one they’ve carried out with passion since their election. They are keen to showcase this programme, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. Back then, Walt Disney was concentrating on a number of major projects and was constantly called upon to make public appearances or welcome VIP visitors, so he decided to appoint a spokesperson who would officially represent all Disneyland Cast Members. Walt Disney chose a guide, Julie Reihm, as the first official Ambassador.
In recent weeks, Dylan and Jose have been actively promoting the Ambassadors Programme to Disneyland Paris Cast Members, with the search for the next Ambassadors just around the corner. This new team will represent Disneyland Paris for the years 2026 and 2027, during key moments in the resort’s transformation, such as the opening of World of Frozen.

2pm – Social media filming
The sun is shining over the Disney Parks, giving us the opportunity to shoot videos and publish them on the @DLPAmbassador account, the official Disneyland Paris Ambassadors account, where you can find content that’s all about Disney Cast Life! The first video invites Cast Members to donate school supplies, adding to the contributions Disneyland Paris makes at the start of the school year for the beneficiaries of Secours Populaire Français. This is to provide the association’s children, who visit the Disney Parks at the end of August, with a back-to-school kit (containing a bag, felt-tipped pens, pencils, exercise books, etc.). And… ACTION!!

Disneyland Paris Ambassadors regularly take part in philanthropic events alongside Disney VoluntEARS, welcoming families to Disney Parks, visiting paediatric wards in hospitals and wrapping Christmas presents.
But that’s not all – Jose and Dylan then head to the foot of Sleeping Beauty Castle to shoot a second video in collaboration with their counterparts at other Disney Parks and resorts around the world!
3pm – Meet the Cast Members
The afternoon continues at Agrabah Café, to meet the teams who work there. Throughout the year, Jose and Dylan meet Cast Members to learn more about the over 500 professions represented at the resort.
This is followed by a tour of the various rooms and a chat with the Chefs and restaurant managers, to learn more about the history of the restaurant and the daily lives of the Cast Members who work there, in order to prepare a new Showtime to highlight the talent and expertise of the teams. For example, did you know that the tea served in the restaurant is prepared daily on the premises by the Chefs?

A day packed with new experiences comes to an end for Jose and Dylan, who agree that no two days are ever the same! Meeting and talking to the Cast Members from the various teams at the resort is very important to them. They love to spend time at the heart of the company, discovering the jobs and talents of each of the 19,000 employees who help create the magic every day. Thanks to their unique role, they are able to meet thousands of Cast Members, promote their talents and bring the values and heritage of the Disney brand to life. And thanks to social media, they can share the magic and wealth of Disney Cast Life with the whole world. Now all that’s left to do is edit their new content.
