Every year, Disneyland Paris reaffirms its commitment to workplace equality at every level of the company by celebrating International Women’s Day with guests and Cast Members through dedicated activations.
A day with our Cast Members focused on equality

Disneyland Paris held the ninth edition of its Cast-exclusive conference in recognition of International Women’s Day this week.
Throughout the day, our Cast Members were able to take part in a rich program of workshops and talks ranging from workplace health to leadership to artistic expression and even a self-defense workshop, providing teams with practical resources and meaningful opportunities for discussion.
In collaboration with Village by CA, a roundtable was also organized by the Women@DisneylandParis employee network to discuss women in innovation.

This year’s edition of our Women Behind the Magic series highlighted two Cast Members – Meghan Lamant and Lydie Boussard – who shared their professional journeys and personal stories.
Women highlighted across our resort

Starting last week, guests were welcomed at the entrance to Disneyland Park by a Minnie Mouse-themed flowerbed, a display which has become a March tradition showcasing the expertise of the horticulture teams – this time created by an all-female team. It is part of 7,400 square meters of flowerbeds maintained daily at Disneyland Paris.
Equality in action every day
For the fourth consecutive year, Disneyland Paris has earned a score of 99/100 on the Gender Equality Index which measures French companies’ commitment to providing an environment which encourages gender equality among employees.
