Gaël, a gardener who has been with Disneyland Paris for nearly 20 years, and Fanny, an apprentice working alongside him, as well as Faustina, a chef at Walt’s – An American Restaurant, and Mathis, a recently hired kitchen assistant, embody the complementary strengths that different generations bring to the workplace.
Every day, the experience of one generation helps shape the learning of the next. This culture of intergenerational knowledge sharing helps preserve valuable, and sometimes rare, expertise while supporting the development of new skills.
