300 HOSPITALIZED CHILDREN INVITED TO DISNEYLAND PARIS FOR PIECES JAUNES

As part of its support for the Pieces Jaunes 2025 Campaign, Disneyland Paris invited 300 hospitalized children and their families – 500 people in total – to visit the resort on February 4 and 5. Coming from 11 hospitals in Ile de France, Montpellier, Dieppe, Lille and Strasbourg, the kids were accompanied by Disney VoluntEARS to experience this moment of magic. Attractions, shows and parades gave them the chance to have fun, laugh and feel the thrills together, along with plenty of surprises including the presence of beloved French singers.

As every year, Brigitte Macron, President of the Fondation des Hopitaux, joined Didier Deschamps, godfather of the Pieces Jaunes campaign, and Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, to meet the children and enjoy the attractions and shows with them.

“Seeing the magic of Disneyland Paris through the eyes of the kids is a powerful reminder of what drives us every day,” said Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris. “For 32 years, we have proudly supported the Pièces Jaunes campaign, and it’s always an honor to welcome these children for a special moment. A heartfelt thank you to the Fondation des Hopitaux, its President Brigitte Macron, godfather of the campaign Didier Deschamps, and everyone who makes this commitment possible. Together, we create unforgettable memories and prove that Disney magic truly belongs to everyone.”

Since early January and for the thirty-second consecutive year, Disneyland Paris has been supporting the Campaign through various initiatives including a special limited edition of pins, tote bags and headbands on sale in resort stores. Guests and Cast Members were encouraged to donate to the Fondation des Hopitaux, and coins thrown into the resort’s fountains and attractions all year long will be donated as well.

Since its creation, this emblematic campaign at the beginning of each year with its famous piggy banks and fundraising activities has raised funds to subsidize projects for children hospitalized in public and private non-profit hospitals. Over 36 years, Pièces Jaunes projects have been developed to meet the changing needs and problems encountered by hospitals.
