Our commitment to preserve biodiversity means implementing conservation strategies and raising awareness among guests, local communities and Cast Members. On this International Day for Biological Diversity, discover a few figures on biodiversity at Disneyland Paris as well as an example of how we’ve raised awareness.
Last Saturday, around thirty children from local communities as well as Cast Members and their families were able to learn more about flora and fauna during a fun and inspiring nature event at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. A special moment for the participants and an opportunity to discover the richness of local biodiversity!
Among the many activities, they had the opportunity to visit the apiary, attend a guided nature walk, take a look at the ecological initiatives put in place by Disneyland Paris or even take part in fun and creative workshops animated by Disney VoluntEARS and designed to raise awareness while having fun.
