World Wish Day 2026

80 sick children celebrate Frozen

Last weekend, 80 Make-A-Wish children from across Europe visited Disneyland Paris with their families. They enjoyed three magical days in both parks, celebrating World Wish Day and discovering the new World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World.

Upon arriving at Disney Newport Bay Club on Friday, the families met up with Disney VoluntEARS who accompanied them throughout their stay to make the most of their favourite attractions and shows. Together with their parents, brothers and sisters, the children experienced the magic and joy of an escape at Disneyland Paris – including the new World of Frozen where they met the famous Frozen princesses as well as Olaf, they could watch the show A Celebration in Arendelle and enjoy the attraction Frozen ever After.

“In this year of celebration of 25,000 wishes granted at Disneyland Paris since 1992, we are always very happy to be able to offer moments of wonder and joy to children and their families, especially at times when they need it most. It is one of our greatest sources of pride,” said Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris.

Among the weekend’s highlights, three Frozen fans made their dreams come true by attending the show A Celebration in Arendelle after receiving an exclusive session on dance, costume, and makeup, and before meeting Anna and Elsa in the heart of their kingdom.

Another standout moment was Luca’s wish: seeing his little sister Elena become a Disney Princess at Sleeping Beauty Castle. Elena was welcomed by a Royal Guard, she got her make-up and dress as a Princess before being crowned alongside Luca, dressed as a Prince. Ariel, Cinderella, Aurora and Jasmine were there to give them a royal welcome.
