Disneyland Paris advances its transformation, with exciting new experiences on the horizon, including a unique parade and a new chapter for Space Mountain, while construction continues on The Lion King-themed immersive world at Disney Adventure World.
At the occasion of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, which took place in Anaheim, California from August 14-16, 2026, Disneyland Paris lifted the curtain on two new experiences coming to Disneyland Park: the first new parade since 2017, and a fresh creative twist coming to Space Mountain, with a new story inspired by its original vision. Over in the newly inaugurated Disney Adventure World, following the successful launch of World of Frozen, Disney Cascade of Lights and more, work continues on the park’s next immersive world: the first-ever area themed to the Walt Disney Animation Studios classic The Lion King!
Right on the heels of the transformation and expansion of its second gate, Disney Adventure World, Disneyland Paris keeps the momentum going with two just announced new experiences coming to Disneyland Park, while revealing additional details and visuals on one of its most anticipated new attractions themed to The Lion King.
In 1995, Space Mountain – De la Terre à la Lune, paved a new way for the guest experience at Disneyland Paris, with its unique blending of thrills, world-first innovations, retro-futuristic aesthetics, and engaging storyline based on Jules Verne’s classic “From the Earth to the Moon” novel.
“Be prepared for sensational news!” A brand-new Audio-Animatronics® figure of Scar will debut in the upcoming attraction inspired by The Lion King, currently under construction at Disney Adventure World.
A Disney parade is one of the iconic experiences guests associate with parks around the world, and Disneyland Paris is bringing that magic to life in a defining way.
